I don't understand what "use without data" means but

If no better you should Backup, restore to factory, then set up without restoring backup and test at that point for a day or two. If it runs fine than something installed is messing about with it.
If you can import your media to Photos or iTunes in a computer and copy important documents to a cloud server it will give you some resilience in case the restore from backup brings back the problem and you need to ditch the backup and start as new.

Otherwise arrange a repair for hardware failure again, or if they refuse, buy a new phone
