I'm using Apple safari Monterary 15.3 and 15.4 version for many websites, I visit using Safari are giving me the "This Connection is Not Private" message. When I click "Show Details" then "view the certificate" I get a window saying the website's "certificate is not standards compliant
Meanwhile this websites are working on other browsers and updated safari browser

Every time I've seen this error it has been because the total lifetime of the cert (not just the time remaining, the full start-to-end time) is greater than what apple allows. (Note: this is not any standard, so this is a REALLY misleading error).
I've sent feedback to apple about this, because originally, they said that this time limit did not apply to privately issued certs, which was 397 Days only for public certs, according to a document published in August of 2023

And then, in November 2023, they changed this tune, making the requirement 825 days maximum for ALL certs issued after July 1, 2019.
