Excel keyboard frozen on iPhone 14Pro

I’m unable to type in a cell or in the function bar using the keyboard. I can type #’s when I switch to the numbers keypad. I can use the keyboard in MS Word BUT NOT EXCEL!

I’ve done a hard shutdown & restart.
I’ve removed the Excel App from the phone, shut down, restarted, reinstalled.
I’ve installed the latest software update 16.4.1
I’ve called Apple, no luck.
I’ve called Microsoft, got sent to their website of prairie dog holes.
I’m a paid subscriber of Microsoft 365

OK!! Here’s my fix. I switched my MS Accounts, which still allows me access to all of my files, but now my keyboard works.

Microsoft is of no use. They don’t address the subject and are completely uncontactable. There’s no way to reach a live person. At least your Apple Care did a screen share, but they were stumped.
