E-sim IPhone 14

I purchased an iPhone 14 from straight talk and it is e-sim only. I get this error when trying to get things setup. How do I fix this? Multiple calls to Apple, AT&T, and Straight Talk and nobody seems to have a clue.

SIM Not Supported

The SIM that you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a carrier that is not supported under the activation policy that is currently assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone. Please install another SIM from a supported carrier or request that this iPhone be unlocked by your carrier. Please contact Apple for more information.”

It doesn’t matter that they said ST is owned by AT&T; it actually isn’t. It is owned by Tracfone, and Tracfone is owned by Verizon, not AT&T. The ST network has a different network ID than AT&T, or than Tracfone, or than Verizon. ST’s customer service is not great; call and ask to have your call escalated. Oh, and to further complicate things ST’s customer support is actually provided by Tracfone.

But all that aside, ONLY ST can activate your phone.
