I tried to download Mega 11 software from the server. After the pack is downloaded, I need to go through several steps before the actual app is downloaded. But, for some reason it's not downloading, instead showing this message. How I can fix this?

Are you using a VPN or Radio Silence or Little Snitch? If so, disable them and try again. Otherwise, the only other thing you might try is to enter into safe mode and try installing while in that mode.
