Macbook Won't Turn On/Charge

My macbook pro (13 in) wont charge. when it was still working i plugged it in like usual and it was saying that the charger wasnt working. i checked the outlets and they were fine. my laptop has bedn dead for a month now and i have tried holding down the power button and nothing comes up at all. i plug it in and nothing happens. its April 2023. it stopped working Late march 2023 and i barely got it brand new December 2022. what do i do?

Troubleshooting Mac Charge:


Refer to the following....


A. Reset the SMC and your NVRAM:

(Applies to Intel-Based Macs Only): Sometimes when changes are made to the system(i.e. Updates), system configurations (i.e. for Power) become manipulated, technically. So, reset the SMC and NVRAM. Try performing each thrice. It may take sometime, being certain you have the time to perform these resets.


B. Try a New Charger:

If your laptop is less than a year old, then it is still under warranty. Have Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider examine the laptop to provide you with a repair estimate. Take your charger and charging cable as well.
