Family Watch
Why does the workout and Siri function stop working in my sons watch when it’s set up as a family watch on my phone? The features are there when the watch is parodied, then the next day it disappeared.

I would unpair it and pair it again with no usage restrictions in the setup - do not restore any backup.
The watch must be a cellular model with it's own cellular plan, check the provider has provisioned in correctly if it keeps happening
