why its asking to give access again and again after giving proper access to the application when ever i open that application and try to capture a screenshot

That's a screen shot of Windows 11. What does that have to do with macOS?
that is mac screenshot downloaded and took from mac and by opening that in windows took a screen shot of that as i dont have the access to mac device always with me
