I have 2 emails that come in each month - they are utility bills. Lately, rather than coming to "all inboxes" they have been coming to archives or trash. I have gone to settings and both senders are set to go to "all inboxes". How to correct this?

Open Mail. In the sidebar, do you have a collapsed On My Mac entry that when you roll over it with a pointer, it shows a '>' character that when clicked, expands to show folders within it? If so, you can add an additional folder named Utilities to that On My Mac collection. Then change that Mail rule action for those senders to move the email to that Utilities folder in On My Mac.
