Verification failed
I can't sign into my Apple Plus app on my TV (which I've used problem-free for years) I am asked to sign in, but immediately getting an error message that says Verification Failed...try again in a moment.
I've been retrying this for a couple days. Same thing. What I've tried so far:
checked TV network, time and date. All normal.
reset app data from the TV settings.
from my phone and iPad, appletv works fine, but I signed out from my phone settings and created a new Apple ID password (not happy about that...)
on TV in the apple plus app, I've gone to "reset app settings"
ive called my service provider, xfinity, they couldn't help.
i have unplugged everything and replugged in.
