Troubleshooting Safari on an iPad:
A. Single Out this Device:
What happens when you visit this site on another device? Is it still blurry? If so, it is on the server's end. If not it is on your iPad.
B. Delete History and Cookies:
You can only delete all of the History and Cookies. See if it open as it could. Clear the History and Cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
C. Use a Private Tab:
If you use a private tab, all will clear when closed. So, report back what happens when you use it.
D. Try Another Browser:
Try visiting this on another browser. See if you can find an older vision of a Web browser. It might be quite tough finding one, ding you have a first generation iPad Pro.

The images are blurry from only ONE website. The issue, therefore, is probably not your iPad Pro 1st Generation. This may be website specific combined with probably low storage space on your iPad Pro. If you have more than 10GB of free storage space on your iPad Pro, then try using another browser and see whether that website behaves in the same manner. Let us know what you find out. Thanks.
