Not receiving private relay emails, and cannot view password apple generated when I clicked 'sign in with apple'

Not receiving the emails used when I signed up to a service with apple private relay. When I went in to change the email to my real one in hopes that that would solve the problem, the service asked for my password before it would let me change my email. But the password is not saved on my keychain.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16
