Why is “Background refresh” greyed out?
Why is Background refresh in settings all greyed out? I cannot disable it and my battery is about at the end of its life!

How is the option greyed out? This is what you see to turn Background App Refresh off:
To see this page, go to: Settings > General > Background App Refresh. Now, at the very top of the page, click “Background App Refresh”, and see the menu I provided a screenshot of above.
