Hi,
I have a dual SIM - USA eSIM and Ireland SIM. My default cellular data and voice is set to my USA eSIM, however, many of the apps must be using the Irish SIM - e.g. when I open Google calendar and there's a google meet, it shows me the Irish dial in number.
How can I fix this?

To tell iPhone apps which SIM to use in a dual-SIM configuration, you need to follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Settings" app on your iPhone.
2. Scroll down and tap on "Cellular."
3. Tap on "Cellular Plans."
4. Choose the SIM you want to use for data.
5. Tap on the toggle switch next to the apps you want to use with that SIM.
By default, the iPhone will use the primary SIM for data unless you specify otherwise. However, you can choose to use the secondary SIM for data by following the steps above and selecting the secondary SIM instead. Note that not all apps support using a secondary SIM, so you may not see the toggle switch for some apps.
