Zoom update frozen -
When updating Zoom and updating a password keeper both applications have frozen and I cannot close my computer. Please advise how I can advance past the mess?

Try pressing ⌥ + ⌘ + ⎋ (Alt + Cmd + Escape) which should display the Force Quit Applications dialog box.
But if that doesn't work, you may have to just hold the Mac's power button until it powers off.
