Bumpy iPhone 12?

Long story short today iwent into a local store not apple to buy a screen protection for a refurbished iPhone 12 that i got a couple days ago. They tried to stick it however it wasnt sticking in the top part and they blamed it on the phone saying that the screen was changed and that was the reason. However i cannot see any particular bump other than around the hole where you hear the audio when you make a call is just slightly bumpy but looks simmetric, ill leave a picture of the protection that they were trying to use and a video that shows the small bump that im talking about, i would like to know if its normal or theres something weird with it and the store was right, thanks in advance! https://youtu.be/qJPsJrW3Esk

Hi there Daniele97CT,

We'd suggest checking the Parts and Service history to see if the screen has been replaced and check to be sure it's a genuine Apple display:

With iPhone 11 models and later, excluding iPhone SE (2nd and 3rd generation), using iOS 15.2 and later, you can go to Settings > General > About for the parts and service history of your iPhone. You can also find out if the display has been replaced. If the repair was done using genuine Apple parts and processes, "Genuine Apple Part" will appear next to Display.

Learn more about that here: About genuine iPhone displays - Apple Support

If you're concerned about the display potentially not being genuine, you'll want to reach out to whomever you purchased the iPhone from for more information.

Also, you have the option of visiting an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have it inspected. This link will help you locate one: Find Locations

Take care.
