It means one of the accounts is offline. You can see which ones by clicking the disclosure triangle next to All Mailboxes.
In the Mailbox menu, select Take All Accounts online.

... though it is correct.

Hmmm... for one iCloud account it says "This Apple ID is not active."

I don't know. Try logging into appleid.apple.com with that one and see what it says.
