This is likely due to your iPhone model and iOS. I see according to your profile you have an iPhone 6 and are on iOS 12. This could be a problem. The details I’ve provided below should help. If they don’t, you can contact Apple Support here: Official Apple Support.

RECOMMENDED FIRST STEP:

If you are sure that no one else is using your phone, the best option is to try resetting your settings which you can do by heading to settings > general > reset > reset all settings. This doesn’t lose any data, only resets settings.

OTHER STEPS/POTENTIAL CAUSES:

  1. Software updates: Sometimes, after updating to a newer iOS version, the app icons may rearrange themselves. This could be due to changes in the home screen layout or other system optimizations.
  2. Restoring from a backup: If you recently restored your iPhone from a backup, the apps might be rearranging themselves to match the layout saved in the backup.
  3. Accidental movement: When you press and hold an app icon, they start to wiggle, allowing you to rearrange or delete apps. Make sure you're not accidentally moving the apps while doing this. Make sure to press the "Done" button (or "Home" button on older iPhones) when you're finished making changes to your app layout to prevent this.
