So it gives me an Option when I open my wallet to pay. That I can use my Apple Account and when it scans. It declines and says to use card. That’s when I try to make in store purchases. And is there a way I can transfer my money from my Apple account to my Apple Pay card?

What is an Apple Pau card? Do you mean Apple Cash?
When you say Apple Account, what Apple Account? Do you mean Apple Card MasterCard, Apple SAvings account?
