apple ID password for my gmail
I keep trying to re download the gmail app and it won’t stop asking me for my apple id for my gmail and i keep entering it correctly and it just comes back up

For help with downloading apps from the App Store you'll need your Apple ID email address associated with your purchases. If that email address happens to also be your Gmail email address, be sure you're using the Apple ID password and not the Gmail password to download it.
