Streaming

I have iPad Air 5th generation running 16.1.1 I've tried every streaming service I have, Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV, etc. Everytime I try to watch something, Iget similar messages "problem downloading," "error downloading," etc. The Wifi is fine and I have loads of storage space. On Apple TV I could download a show, but when I tried to watch the show, Wifi off, nope. I just bought this iPad last month. What is the problem? What is the solution? It's not the wifi and it's not a storage issue. Iphone and all other apple products in the house working fine.

As recommended, you need to update your iPad from iPadOS 16.1.1 to iPadOS 16.4.1.


In addition to many bug fixes and new functionality, this update includes essential System Security updates.
