I currently have Paramount+ and I'm paying for it through my Apple ID. What will happen if I cancel my membership with Paramount+? Will my Paramount+ account still be available or active after I cancel the membership? If so, will I be able to re-subscribe using a debit or credit card? Or would I have to create a new account in order to do this?

A subscription will continue to run until its expiration date. You can either resubscribe before that date, or subscribe again after that date. No new ID is required but you may not be able to take advantage of any free trials a second time.
