Moving (copying) text-chains from Android onto iMac?

Is there a way to transfer (copy) whole threads of my Android's phone-messages over to my iMac?

As a way of "backing up" chat-threads with certain people, having them on the iMac on same machine with the regular Mail e-mails from same people, being able to see sent photos on a LARGER screen, wanting things to not be "on my phone" anymore but still keep them, etc.?

I can't see where AppStore has anything like that. I'm wondering if it's an Android app I can get (to PUSH to iMac), or an Apple app (to PULL from Android to iMac), or maybe even just a trick of hooking the 2 machines (phone & iMac) together then punching some code into Terminal or something like that?

Thanks for any solutions.

Android File Transfer can copy Photos and Files from the Android Phone to the iMac. I use it regularly to move photos from the wife's android phone to our Mac's.

The problem here is that you need to copy the photos from the text message into the Pictures/Photo App on the ZTE, so that you can use Android File Transfer to transfer them from the Pictures/Photo App to your iMac.

Copy the whole text message to a file so that it can be transferred to your iMac, is a totally different bag of pain.

Thanks. I already have AFT, but I don't see anywhere, when googling around, about how to transfer a complete chat-thread from Android to iMac using AFT. I just see transferring documents one at a time, photos one at a time, nothing about Android Messages at all. Maybe there just is no way, then, to save Android text-threads onto Mac in any way at all. Guess I just have to get used to that?
