Someone using my second email as his Apple id

Someone is using my email(I have few emails ), not my Apple id email, for his apple id, what can i do and to who can I contact regarding this?

First of all, I suggest resetting your email account's password and setting up 2 Factor Authentication, which you can do on the site of your email provider. This should stop them from accessing your inbox, which will block them from using your email's mail functionality. However, unless you know the password to the Apple ID, you can't block them from using other features such as iCloud Photos under your email.


Honestly, I would contact Apple Support about this, as Apple owns the Apple ID system. (Contact - Official Apple Support)
