Watch 7 45 microphone stops working frequently

I saw that someone else had the problem with the watch 7 45. Due tot many restarts and force restart, the problem persists. The wacth was also sent to apple european service and they didn’t find anything wrong, they said. When the noise detections is open, it says that another app is using the mic, but there’s no app open! After restarting it again, it works one day or two and the problem begins again!

anyone else having the same **** problem?
