i accidentally blocked my microphone and camera from google meet on my macbook pro and i can’t quite figure out how to unblock it

The two places to check are Control access to the microphone on Mac - Apple Support:

Turn access to the microphone on or off for each app in the list

and Customize settings for each website in Safari on Mac - Apple Support:

Microphone: Choose whether the website can use the microphone
