I was able to open those files (epub) some time ago, however, recently, when I clicked those files on desktop or bookshelves in books. The page flashes to exit automatically. If anyone know how to solve the issues, please let me know. Thank you in advance.

Hello, Thank you for the suggestion. Even though I can open books which did not open before, unfortunately, I still cannot open the books which have been opened before. Maybe, it is due to take notes in Apple books.
See if opening books in Safe Mode helps: Start up your Mac in safe mode – Apple Support (AU)
Then start in normal mode and retest.
