I'd never heard of Loewe TVs, so I glanced a review that was impressed with the build and audio quality but underwhelmed by its "smarts" - very few apps for services like Apple TV+.
Your best bet is probably a new Apple TV 4K device that'll plug into one of your TV's HDMI ports, but the Apple TV+ 'app' is available on lots of streaming media devices (Roku, Amazon Fire, Google TV, etc).
