Streaming from mac air to samsung TV with airplay
Cannot find instruction on Streaming a movie from my Mac Air to my Samsung TV. Only instruction found is from an iPad or I phone

Not a lot of details to go on here. This Apple Support article describes how to mirror what's on your Mac to your TV: Use AirPlay to stream what’s on your Mac to an HDTV - Apple Support
This assumes that your TV is AirPlay compatible. If it's not, you'll have to connect your Mac to the TV with an HDMI cable in order to do this.
