TikTok downloaded itself onto my iPhone SE

I went to play a tiktok in my safari browser that a friend had sent me over imessage and it opened in a tiktok app, one I have never downloaded and I cannot delete from my phone via any of the normal methods like tapping from a menu or home screen. It only shows up when I search for tiktok in the app menu on the phone, or click a link for one of the videos on there.

I cannot move the app anywhere, I can open the app and use it but it has no sound, and no menu pops up when I long hold on the app icon.

I saw a similar post from 2020 december from a iPhone X user, but it did not have any answers.

I need help removing this app from my phone and making sure it cannot come back nor read any of my data, thank you!
