Iphone Sound on Do not disturb

Hello jazzbarrington!

Please go to:

Control Center (Swipe down top right corner) > Focus. Now, next to the Do Not Disturb Focus, tap the three little dots, then tap Settings. Now, view the ALLOW NOTIFICATIONS section at the very top. It should say None Allowed for both People and Apps.

If there are contacts listed under People, tap on them, then remove them by tapping the white circle with a blue line. If there are apps listed under Apps, remove them in the same manner. Then, both sections should say: None Allowed.
