Screen time limits (reappearing)

Hi! I’m having a weird issue with Screen Time. I will delete a limit and then it automatically comes back later. I’ve deleted the limit numerous times but it comes back a few hours later. Has anyone else run into this issue?

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Greetings gtdelt,

If you have more than one device that uses the same Apple ID, can you verify whether ‘Share Across Devices’ is enabled in Settings > Screen Time. Also, please be sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS 16. You can verify that in Settings > General > Software Updates.

If you do use another device with the same Apple ID, when you delete the limit from your iPhone, does it show as deleted from the other device as well?

Thanks.

Hi Annie! Thanks for your reply. Yes, I do have an iPad as well that uses my same Apple ID. I checked and “Share across devices” was on for my iPhone but OFF on the iPad. I turned it on for the iPad so let me see if that corrects the issue.

I did verify that both devices are running the latest version of iOS. Thanks again!
