I don’t get notifications of messages from phones that are not an Apple phone

We’re going to suggest some steps you can take to verify notifications and refresh your device. Have you ever received notifications for these text messages?
Your profile shows you’re using an iPhone 7. Please make sure that device is updated to iOS 15.7.5, which is the latest it will support. You can verify that in Settings > General > Software Update.
Next, you’ll want to verify that you don’t have Do Not Disturbed or a Focus enabled. Set up a Focus on iPhone
Go to Settings > Focus
When a Focus or Do Not Disturb is enabled you can specific which apps and people can send you notifications.
After that, double check your notification settings that things are set for Messages as you prefer them - Change notification settings on iPhone
Lastly, be sure to restart your device. Restart your iPhone
