Battery health decreasing constantly even if I’m using it on normal usual usage

My battery health decreased to 90% out of no reason even where i charged my iphone very effectively and on time never went below 10% more than twice in the 10 months of the usage period

help this thing out apple support

this is really not acceptable by your side

and the update is the reason clearly ios 16 is the reason

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Batteries will always decrease in health. Even if you put it on a shelf and didn't use it at all, health will slowly decrease.

How quickly it will decrease depends on how much you use it and the care you take of it (e.g., by using optimization).
