Can’t open home app
Can’t open the home app on my kids phone to add her room.
Keep saying that
“Could not add My Home. A home with a similar name already exists”
Obviously my “home” is labeled “my home”.

See Share control of your home - Apple Support. Have you linked her to your home, or are you essentially trying to create a second home with the same name on the same network? You might need to remove the Home app then reinstall it if you're not able to open the app at all.
