ot sure where to start. iphone in question, my wife's, says she has used 40.9 of 128gb iphone storage.her icloud storage is 6.9 gb of 200 I. e. she seems to have plenty of storage.WHY then does she get this repeated earnings?

I’d log out of iCloud in the iPhone, then force-restart the iPhone, and log into iCloud again.

This on the off chance something got confused about local or iCloud storage usage.

dsvahn,

If you restart the device and this warning is still present then it is not false. What I mean by that is if you pay for something called iCloud and you have 2TB(2000Gb) or 100gb or 50, that does not mean that's how much storage you have on your device. That storage can only be utilized for iCloud things. If you don't mind screen shot the screen when you go to settings<general<iPhone Storage.

Hope that helps,

Adin
