Does anyone know why my iWatch is stuck in sleep mode when I do not use it on my phone and having tried everything including deleting Sleep from Focus my watch is still stuck in Sleep. It started 2 days ago for no apparent reason. thank you
There is an opportunity for confusion here. You mention Sleep mode and then make reference to the Sleep Focus. I suspect the Sleep Mode you are seeing is as described in Track your sleep on Apple Watch and use Sleep on iPhone - Apple Support which is NOT the same as the Sleep Focus mode.
My guess is you have managed to activate the Sleep mode which is part of the Health tools, and controlled from the Clock/Alarms page on your iPhone.
Please check what you are seeing, and if necessary and you are not sure, please post back with a screenshot to photo so we know what you are really seeing.
