com.apple.audio.InfoHelper ERROR (while launching Final Cut X Pro version 10.6.5)

Got an Error "com.apple.audio.InfoHelper unexpectedly quit" while launching Final Cut X Pro. Recently updated OS to Ventura 13.3.1 and deleted some caches.

I use Mac M1 PRO 16 RAM.

Note: it's impossible to delete com.apple.audio.InfoHelper


Would be pleased for any help. Error report Below.

I used this tutorial https://youtu.be/csFC9en4DD0 (removed all audio plugins) and it worked!
