How can I disable the annoying “Personal Focus Suggestion” notifications on my iPhone? I use the focus tool but don’t want the suggestions. Anyone have help for me?

Do you use Personal Focus for that or just Do Not Disturb (or a Custom Focus)? If you aren't using Personal Focus,deleting Personal Focus won't affect any other use (and you can add it back anytime).

Go to Settings > Focus, tap Personal, scroll to the bottom of that screen and tap Delete Focus.

Thank you, but I’d like to keep Focus because I use it daily for bedtime and church meetings. I only want to stop the annoying suggestions that pop up once or twice a day.
