New AirPods... Why no Notification or Mark As Lost options.

I lost my first set of AirPods, and when I discovered they were tone, I was told to go into Find My and "Mark as Lost" but that option wasn't there.

I since have bought a new pair, but again.... no "Notifications" and no "Mark as Lost" options.

I've heard this is a common problem. I've tried every possible idea suggested on line, but nothing is working.

This is just the standard AirPods 2nd generation.

Is this something just for Pro models? I thought it was in all of them.
