Verification failed could not communicate with the server

Hi,

Is there anyone who experience this issue. Also, I can't access my mail app and there was an error telling to change password.

Furthermore, I cant find the ICloud Backup and Find My Iphone in Settings (Device Info) after tapping the Apple ID in Setting's App.

Please let me know how did you resolve this issue or if someone encounter the same issue.

verification failed: error connecting to the Apple id server just purchased an (iPhone 15 pro max 1TB) I've been having trouble transferring data from my iPhone 13 to the iPhone 15 pro max. the iOS software has been updated on both phones to iOS 17.6 , both phones and my laptop are connected to Wi-Fi. I'm unable to open any apps on both phones and I'm also unable to use safari on both phones ( laptop works fine ! ) the data transfer wont finish downloading to the 15 pro max so I'm unable to log out of my (Apple id) and im unable to factory rest the phone. Verification failed: There was an error connecting to the Apple ID server I've purchased a refurbished Iphone 12 and i'm trying to set it up, but everytime I enter my icloud ID and password, i get this same message. I am connected to Wifi All i get is the spinning sign. Just cant seem to get past this point. Wonder if its just a bad phone, or am i doing something wrong. Ive tried setting it up using my ipad, but that didnt work either, scanning the image.
