Mail stopped syncing from iPhone to mac
Deleting mail in iPhone doesn’t delete them on mac

Mail does not sync between the phone and the Mac. It syncs from each device to the mail server.
Check the settings on each device. Only IMAP and Exchange accounts synchronize changes with the server and multiple clients. That's not a feature of POP3 accounts. Make sure the account is set up correctly on all devices.
