Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I purchased an Apple Watch from poshmark but when I try to link it to my iPhone it says it’s still locked to the previous owners ICloud. I have reached out to the previous owner and she said that it should be removed, not sure where to go from here

If she is unwilling to or can't remove the watch from her account, the watch is totally useless to you. Apple will not help, nor can we. Send it back for refund if she doesn't do what is required for you to use it. It's very risky buying Apple Watches, iPhones, iPads or Macs from people you don't know.
