Good morning. While I was taking photos and videos to my baby, suddenly the video did not work anymore. In the same time Music app didn’t work, radio app, YouTube, Shazam, Amazon Music, whatever else. I’ve upload everything but it doesn’t work.

I recommend that you contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and a resolution.

I did exactly what you wrote: nothing. Now also the phone calls don’t work: if somebody call me, or if I call somebody, I can’t hear the ring and the voice and after a couple of seconds the phone restarts himself.
