Logic Pro with Roland V-Drums Not Registering Flam or Fast Playing

I am recording drums into Logic Pro X version 10.7.7 with MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 on a 2021 16" M1 MacBook Pro.

I am using a Roland TD27-KV kit stock as my triggering device.

I am able to record using the producer kits and EZDrummer3 and things are working decently overall, but when I try to do a flam or a snare roll or 16th note triplets at 108 bpm, only the first note is registering in the DAW. I am plugging headphones into my MacBook Pro to monitor my playing and I hear all the notes that I'm playing, but they're not making their way into the MIDI track. In EZDrummer3 I have tried all combinations of toggling the Humanize & Snap settings, and I have the resolution set properly so that I could create the part by hand (but that was taking forever so I wanted to lay it down from the kit).

This setup should be able to register a flam for sure, so I'm wondering if there are some sensitivity or trigger settings that I'm missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you for the response! I did some digging and found that on the drum channel, it was set to Classic Quantize and then I had set the subdivision to be at 1/16th triplets (that part was intentional). I changed the quantization setting to Smart Quantize and 1/32nd triplets and it was a lot better, but then I changed the subdivision setting to Off and it is working perfectly now!
