Group email limits

I have OSX 12.6.5. What is the maximum number of contacts I can have in a single group mail?

I am unable to setup a group email address on MacBook Contacts. I want to set up a group email address. When I try to set up the group in Contacts, the New Group option is not displayed. Is anyone else having the ame problem? [Re-Titled By Moderator]

Depends on the limits set by your ISP, email provider, recipients's email service provider, recipient's ISP, or other node on the network.
