I’ve had this issue for awhile and my apps won’t work with my cellular data when I’m out and about. The apps only work when I’m on wifi, what should I do?

To turn on cellular data access for applications go to Settings > Cellular, then scroll down to the page to the list of apps. In there, find the applications you want to have access to cellular data, then turn on the toggle switch for them.

I have the same problem but the issue is that I can't toggle on new apps that I have downloaded on 4g because they are not showing the settings underneath cellular data

Since I have unlimited data can I leave it on at all times and only kick on Wi-fi when needed?
You have to reset your network settings and all will be fine. I have faced same problem for some apps after updating to iOS 17.2.2.
Note that all saved wireless network and personal hotspot shall be wiped during this corrective action. Note these down if required before performing this action.
