Should I be worried about a MacBook bought from a pawn shop for a ridiculous deal?

Today I went to a pawn shop and saw a Macbook Air m2, 16 GB, extra 10 core processor option with 2tb storage for only $1300! It doesn't have a single scratch, and it looks like it was just taken out of the box. I checked the Apple care date before buying, and it ends on July 31, 2023. All the specs I checked were, in fact, actual! Here's the best part: ONLY 4 CYCLES in the battery! This new cost ~$2,300! Now all this does sound awesome since I was going to buy this laptop anyway for the retail price, but should I be worried about anything?

This deal just sounds too good to be true, but I am writing this post from the same MacBook air. It was factory reset when I bought it, then I reset it again for the 2nd time at home. Should I be worried about any possible trackers? Could it be stolen? Should I be worried if it was stolen even though they say they do background checks before taking an item from a seller?

Or was I just super lucky, and the owner of the pawn shop just did not realize how he was giving this laptop away? I do have a 7-day return policy, but something just doesn't sit right with me about this being such a fantastic deal. Any thoughts? Thank you.
