Account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes

My apple account is disable and cannot get the access.

Tried changing the password, signout and signed in again. Nothing works.


I tried updating my payment details and that fails too. Always getting the same error.

You must contact Apple for help if you see a message saying "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked". This is not something you can fix yourself. Apple provides a contact link for this specific issue. Thank you for your quick response.


I tried various ways to contact but none of them worked.

I’m from Sri Lanka and there’s no support number for our country.


Tried calling India and USA as well, but the numbers are not working.


When tried to contact via online, I’m always directed here, but cannot get to support from here



any other way I could contact them? Is there a way that I could connect through a chat or something?
