I preordered a movie and now I can’t access it how do I get access?

Has it been released? Have you been charged for it?
Pre-Orders happen before the item is actually released. If you just pre-ordered it, it means it's not yet available, so no way to access it yet.
Once it's available, you'll get a notification email, your payment method will be charged for it, and you can then access it from your Library in the TV App.
